PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The Board of Directors of Marble Point Loan Financing Limited (the "Company")
is pleased to release the Company's Annual Report and Audited Consolidated
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.

 

·    The Company generated an Ordinary Share NAV total return of 17.5% for
the year ended 31 December 2023, taking into account dividends paid and shares
repurchased or reissued during the year.

·    As at 31 December 2023, the Company's total market capitalisation was
US$74.6 million based on the Ordinary Share bid-side quote available on the
London Stock Exchange as at 31 December 2023.

·    The Company paid Ordinary Share dividends totalling US$0.09 per share
during the year. Aggregate Ordinary Share dividends since the Company's
inception totalled US$0.46 per share through the end of 2023. In addition, the
Company paid Liquidating Share Class distributions which totalled US$0.17 per
Liquidating Share for the year ended 31 December 2023.

 

The Company has made available certain additional information for noteholders
of the 7.50% Senior Notes due 16 November 2025 to accompany
the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and consolidated financial
statements for certain prior periods. This information is available on the
Company's website in proximity to the applicable Audited Consolidated
Financial Statements.
