    * Marco polo marine  - the extraordinary resolution tabled 
at meeting of noteholders on 14 oct pursuant to consent 
solicitation has been duly passed 
    * Marco polo marine  - co will procure that deed of 
accession and series 001 security documents will be executed by 
pt marcopolo shipyard and a security agent by 30 nov 2016 
    * "company has agreed with trustee that a new covenant will 
be added to trust deed" 
    * "indonesian bank informed company that it would not be 
able to act as security agent" 
    * Marco polo marine  - "the security agent will not be a 
party to supplemental trust deed but will instead accede to 
trust deed by a deed of accession"
