Director/PDMR Shareholding

Marechale Capital announces that it was notified on 6 March 2018 that on 23 October 2015 Lord Flight, a director of the Company, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.97p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Lord Flight's beneficial interest in the Company was, and is, 388,060 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.67 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).
