Board changes

Marechale Capital is pleased to announce that Jeremy Stephenson will join the Board as an executive director with effect from9 February 2016. Jeremy is an experienced corporate broker and joins the Company from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe where hehas beenManaging Director, Metals & Mining. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 2013, he worked at Seymour Pierce and Noble & Company.

Also with effect from the same date, Jon Pither, a non-executive director of the Company,will bestepping down from the Board after 11 years. The Directors thank him for his valuable contribution to the business over the years and he will remain involved with the Company as Life President.
