Result of Annual General Meeting

and change in accounting reference date

Marechale Capital announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

As previously announced, the Company intends to change its accounting reference date to 30 April with effect from 2017; it will publish interim results for the six months to 30 September 2016 as usual and then annual accounts for the thirteen months to 30 April 2017.
