Capital reduction update
The Company has sent a letter to its shareholders explaining the rationale for the amended resolution for the reduction in the Company's capital, passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 14 September 2016, following the passing of a similar resolution at the 2015 Annual General Meeting. Following this clarification, the Company is proceeding with an application to the High Court for confirmation of the capital reduction (as described in the notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting and the announcement dated 24 August 2016), although the timing of this confirmation will be subject to the Court's timetable.
