** Shares of Marin Software Inc  MRIN.O  rise 21.3% to $1.48
premarket 
    ** The digital marketing software maker late on Tuesday
announced new integration with Yahoo to enable advertisers to
optimize their ad campaigns
    ** MRIN says its users would gain access to Yahoo's
performance-driving tools and the partnership would allow
advertisers to understand and reach audiences more effectively
    ** Co announced integration with Snap Inc's  SNAP.N  photo
messaging app Snapchat last year
    ** Stock fell 73% in 2022 and up 22% so far in 2023; shares
in January clocked their biggest monthly gain in over a year
