premarket 
    ** Co receives U.S. FDA clearance to conduct a trial of its

    ** MRKR to test its treatment, MT-601, in patients with a
type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma who have not responded to, or are
ineligible to receive, CAR-T therapies, a popular treatment for
some cancers 
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock was down ~65% YTD
