Director/PDMR Shareholding
Marks and Spencer Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary 25p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs').
Restricted Share Plan

It was confirmed on 19 June 2018 that on 18 June 2018 awards were made under the Marks and Spencer Group Restricted Share Plan to Stuart Machin, Food Managing Director.
These awards were granted as conditional shares at a share price of £3.03 and will vest in two tranches over two years following the date of grant, subject to Stuart's continued employment with the Company. The value of dividends accrued, in the form of dividend equivalents, will be paid at the end of the relevant vesting period.
