following documents in unedited full text have today been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection via the

·          Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023;

·         Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be
held at and broadcast from Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW
at 11am on Tuesday 4 July 2023; and

·         Proxy form for the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

 

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the Annual Report and Financial Statements
2023 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting in unedited full text are also
