Annual Report and Financial Statements 2025

 

In compliance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1(R), 6.4.3(R) and 10.6.13(R), the
following documents in unedited full text have today been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

 

·        Annual Report and Financial Statements 2025;

·        Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will
be held at, and broadcast from, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London
W2 1NW at 11am on Tuesday 1 July 2025;

·        Proxy form for the 2025 Annual General Meeting; and

·        The rules for each of the proposed Company employee share
plans: Performance Share Plan 2025, Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2025, Restricted
Share Plan 2025, and Executive Share Option Plan 2025.

 

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the Annual Report and Financial Statements
2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting in unedited full text are also
