M&S holds a 50% interest in Ocado Retail Ltd ("Ocado Retail"). The
remaining 50% interest is held by Ocado Group plc ("Ocado Group").  M&S
will report its share of profit after tax of Ocado Retail for its Full Year
Results for FY22/23 consistent with the quarterly results reported by Ocado
Group on behalf of Ocado Retail for the quarterly periods ending May 2022,
August 2022, November 2022 and February 2023.
