PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

 

The following Final Terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority
(FCA) and are available for viewing:

 

Final Terms dated 16 February 2026 (the Final Terms) relating to the issue by
Marks and Spencer plc of £300,000,000 5.125 per cent. Notes due 2032 under
its £3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme).

The Final Terms should be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated
27 November 2025 as supplemented by the supplement to it dated 6 February 2026
(as so supplemented, the Offering Circular), prepared by Marks and Spencer plc
in connection with its Programme.
