Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical", "the Company" or "the Group"),
a fast-growing online electrical retailer, today announces that Marnie
Millard, Chair of the Board, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
in the Company for a price of 67 pence per share. Following the purchase,
Marnie Millard holds an aggregate of 65,681 ordinary shares in the Company.
