Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical", "the Company" or "the Group"),
a fast-growing online electrical retailer, today announces that Warren
Middleton, Non-Executive Director, acquired 18,379 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of £0.5438 per Ordinary
Share. Following the purchase, Mr Middleton holds an aggregate of 18,379
ordinary shares in the Company.
