Marks Electrical Group plc confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for
the year ended 31 March 2022, together with the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting to be held on 11 August 2022 ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders
and are now available on the Company's corporate website
https://group.markselectrical.co.uk.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place at 11:00 a.m. on 11 August 2022 at the Company's
registered office, 4 Boston Road, Leicester, LE4 1AU.

The Board strongly encourages all shareholders to vote by proxy on the
resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting before the deadline
of 11:00 a.m. on 9 August 2022.

To facilitate the smooth operation of the meeting, the Board kindly requests
that any shareholders who plan to attend please email the Company Secretary no
later than 11.00 a.m. on 9 August 2022 at Marks-AGM@oneadvisory.london.

Shareholders who are unable to attend but would like to submit questions to
the Board are requested to direct these to the Company Secretary in advance of
the meeting at the email address above before 11.00 a.m. on 9 August 2022.
