Marks Electrical Group plc confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for
the year ended 31 March 2024 ("FY24"), which includes the Company's FY24
audited financial statements, will be posted to shareholders today and are now
available on the Company's corporate
website: https://group.markselectrical.co.uk
(https://group.markselectrical.co.uk/) . The Notice of the Annual General
Meeting to be held on 8 August 2024 ("AGM") has also been posted on the
website and will be mailed to shareholders together with the Annual Report and
Accounts.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place at 1:00 p.m. on 8 August 2024 at the Company's
registered office, 4 Boston Road, Leicester, LE4 1AU.

The Board strongly encourages all shareholders to vote by proxy on the
resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting before the deadline
of 1:00 p.m. on 6 August 2024.

To facilitate the smooth operation of the meeting, the Board kindly requests
that any shareholders who plan to attend please email the Company Secretary no
later than 1:00 p.m. on 6 August 2024 at Marks-AGM@oneadvisory.london
