Notice of Results

Marks Electrical Group plc ("the Group"), a fast-growing online electrical
retailer, will announce its full year results for the twelve months ended 31
March 2022 on 8 June 2022.

An in-person presentation for sell-side analysts hosted by Mark Smithson, CEO,
and Josh Egan, CFO, will take place at 09.00am on 8 June 2022. Please contact

In addition, management will also provide a live online presentation for
investors at 10.30am on 10 June 2022. The online event is open to all existing
