Notice of Results

 

Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical" or "the Company"), will
announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 on 8
November 2022.

An in-person presentation for sell-side analysts hosted by Mark Smithson, CEO,
and Josh Egan, CFO, will take place at 09.30am on Tuesday 8 November 2022.

In addition, management will also provide a live online presentation for
investors at 12.30pm on Thursday 10 November. The online event is open to all
existing and potential shareholders and registration is free. Questions can be
submitted during the presentation and will be addressed at the end.
