Notice of Results

 

Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical" or "the Company"), will
announce its full year results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2023 on 14
June 2023.

An in-person presentation for sell-side analysts hosted by Mark Smithson, CEO,
and Josh Egan, CFO, will take place at 9:00am on Wednesday 14 June 2023.
