** Shares of Marksans Pharma  MARK.NS  turn positive after
drugmaker says U.S. FDA closed inspection at its Goa facility 
    ** Shares last up 0.7% at 221.70 rupees; were down 1.4%
before news
    ** Co says FDA classified its Goa unit as "voluntary action
indicated" after inspection
    ** VAI indicates objectionable conditions or practices were
found, but the agency won't recommend any administrative or
regulatory action, FDA's website said
    ** MARK's 37% rise this year compared to ~33% rise in pharma
stocks  .NIPHARM
