Grant of Share Award

 

The Company confirms that, on 17(th) October 2024 ("Award Date"), it has
granted a share award over 56,130 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company
("Shares") under the Marlowe plc Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to the following
Director/PDMR of the Company (the "Award"):

 

 Director/PDMR  Number of Shares subject to Award
 Adam Councell  56,130

 

Details of the Award were set out in the Company's Directors' Remuneration
Report within the Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ending
31 March 2024.

The Award shall vest on the 3(rd) anniversary of the Award Date, subject to
continued employment and the rules of the Plan.
