Marlowe plc ("Marlowe", the "Group" or the "Company"), the leader in
business-critical services, announces that Robert Flinn, Chief Executive
Officer of Marlowe's Fire Division, and Claire Flinn, his persons closely
associated ("PCA"), have transferred ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary
Shares") from their personal holding into her ISA account, effected by the
sale and repurchase of Ordinary Shares in the quantities and prices set out
below.
