UK's Marlowe jumps on buyout talks with Mitie Group

** Shares in Marlowe Plc MRLM.L up 12.7% at 415p, highest since January 2022

** British business software provider in talks to be bought by outsourcer Mitie Group MTO.L, both parties say

** MTO required to announce a firm offer by July 2, under UK takeover rules

** Shares in Mitie up 0.8% at 158.6p

** MRLM up ~27% so far this year, while MTO up ~44%
