** British pub groups' shares gain after Finance Minister
Rachel Reeves says UK will cut duty on draught alcoholic drinks
in pubs by 1.7%
    ** Shares of Marston's  MARS.L  up 3%, while peers Mitchells
& Butlers  MAB.L  and Young & Co's Brewery  YNGa.L  rise 1.3%
and 5.2%, respectively
    ** JD Wetherspoon's  JDW.L  shares jump 4%
    ** YTD as of last close, Marston's up 17.5%, JD Wetherspoon
down 20%
