    * Reported on Thursday FY 2015 net loss of 0.5 million euros 
 ($0.6 million) 
    * Reported FY 2015 EBITDA of 11.4 million euros, up 90 
percent year on year   
    * Reported FY 2015 sales and services of of 220.9 million 
euros, up 17 percent year on year 
    * Reported order book in metallic constructions of 262 
million euros at end-Dec., up 6.5 percent year-to-day 
    * Plans reinforcement of the order book in the Naval and 
Aluminium areas 
    * Plans debt reduction through the divestment on non-core
