Aug 19 (Reuters) - Martifer SGPS SA  MARTI.LS : 
    * Confirms the sale of Martifer Solar to Voltalia, says it has signed an agreement to sell 
its 55 percent stake 
    * Voltalia to buy 100 percent of Martifer Solar shares excluding its US entities, 
acquisition price "Equity Value" for 100 percent of shares is 9 million euros ($10.2 million)
