** U.S. semiconductor shares gain after Nvidia NVDA.O forecast a 70% jump in revenue next fiscal year
** Intel INTC.O up 3.1%, AMD AMD.O rises 1.6%, Broadcom AVGO.O up 1.8%
** U.S.-listed shares of Arm Holdings O9Ty.F, ARM.O and Marvell MRVL.O rise 4.5% and 5.7%, respectively; Lam Research LRCX.O gains 3.2%
     ** U.S.-listed shares of SK Hynix 000660.KS, SKHY.O up 4.5% and TSMC 2330.TW, TSM.N up 1.9%
** iShares Semiconductor ETF SOXX.O rises 3%, Roundhill Memory ETF DRAM.Z up 3.6%
** European semiconductor shares also gain, including ASML ASML.AS and BESI BESI.AS
