Change of Auditor

 

The Company is pleased to announce that, following a competitive tender
process, it has appointed Baker Tilly Channel Islands Limited ("Baker Tilly")
as the Company's new external auditor with effect from today's date.

Baker Tilly will conduct the audit of the financial statements of the Company
and its subsidiary (the "Group") for the financial year to 30 June 2022.

Following the tender process, Mazars LLP has resigned by notice to the
Company. Mazars LLP has confirmed to the Company that there are no
circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be
brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
