Lifting of Temporary Suspension

 

The Board of MAC III announces that following its announcement on 6 March 2026
regarding the cessation of discussions with Palmer Street Limited, the
Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has lifted the temporary suspension of the
listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Official List of the FCA and
trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the Company's
ordinary shares has been restored.
