Publication of a Supplementary Prospectus

Further to the Company's announcement on 7 November 2022, the Company today
announces the publication of a supplementary prospectus following the
appointments of Antoinette Vanderpuije and Tom Basset as directors of the
Company and the resignation of Mark Brangstrup Watts as a director of the
Company.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in
conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 29 April 2022 in
relation to a placing programme of up to 500 million C shares of £1.00
each.
