AdvancedAdvT - Completion of Acquisitions
Further to the Company's announcement on 8 June 2023, the Company notes
today's announcement by AdvancedAdvT Limited ("AdvT") that, following receipt
of National Security and Investment Act approval, AdvT has completed the
acquisition of five software businesses (the "Acquisitions") from Capita plc
for a combined enterprise value of approximately £33 million in cash, funded
by AdvT's cash reserves.
As the Acquisitions constitute a reverse takeover under the Listing Rules,
AdvT's shares remain suspended until such time as AdvT is able to provide
sufficient disclosure regarding the Acquisitions under Listing Rule 5.6.15.
