SHARE DEALINGS

The Company announces that it has been notified that James Corsellis, partner
of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, purchased
35,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 86.48 pence per share on 9
December 2024. James Corsellis now holds 6,311,811 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 11.16% of the Company's voting rights.

Whilst James Corsellis is not a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR") within the meaning of UK MAR in relation to the Company, he has
voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is
voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if he was a
PDMR in relation to the Company.
