MARWYN VALUE INVESTORS LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

SHARE DEALINGS

Further to the Company's announcement on 20 October 2025, Marwyn employees
have bought 37,761 Ordinary Shares in the Company from Marwyn Capital
Management Limited ("MCML") at 135.69p per share, being the same total cost
per share that MCML acquired such shares for on 16 October 2025. Following
this, the aggregate holding of Ordinary Shares by James Corsellis, Chief
Investment Officer of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the
Company, and MCML (being an entity wholly owned by James Corsellis) is
6,933,872 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.26% of the Company's
voting rights.

Whilst neither James Corsellis or MCML are Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation
(EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, they have
voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is
voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if they were
PDMRs in relation to the Company.
