MARWYN VALUE INVESTORS LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

SHARE TRANSFER

The Company today announces that it was notified that Antoinette Vanderpuije,
partner of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, sold
21,180 Ordinary Shares at a price of 134.0 pence per share from her General
Investment Account and purchased 21,180 Ordinary Shares for her SIPP and
personal ISA accounts at a price of 134.15 pence per share.

Following this transfer, Antoinette Vanderpuije's holding of Ordinary Shares
remains unchanged at 231,259 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41%
of the Company's total voting rights.

Whilst Antoinette Vanderpuije is not a Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation
(EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, she has
voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is
voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if she was a
PDMR in relation to the Company.
