SHARE DEALINGS
The Company today announces that it has been notified that James Corsellis,
managing partner of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the
Company, has purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company as follows:

Following the acquisition, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by James
Corsellis is 5,728,311 shares, which includes both those shares held directly
and those beneficially owned through an indirect holding in Marwyn Long Term
Incentive LP. James' resulting total voting right percentage in the Company
following the acquisitions described above is 10.09%.
Whilst James Corsellis is not a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014,
as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
2018, as amended in relation to the Company, he has voluntarily disclosed the
information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing
the information above to the market, as if he was a PDMR in relation to the
Company.
