MARWYN VALUE INVESTORS LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")
SHARE TRANSFER
The Company today announces that it was notified that James Corsellis, partner
of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, transferred
500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company from one of his accounts to his SIPP at
a price of 78 pence per share.
Following this transfer, James Corsellis' holding of Ordinary Shares remains
unchanged at 5,728,311, which includes both those shares held directly and
those beneficially owned through an indirect holding in Marwyn Long Term
Incentive LP, representing approximately 10.09% of the Company's voting
rights.
Whilst James Corsellis is not a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as
incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018,
as amended in relation to the Company, he has voluntarily disclosed the
information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing
the information above to the market, as if he was a PDMR in relation to the
Company.
