MARWYN VALUE INVESTORS LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

SHARE DEALINGS

The Company announces that it has been notified that James Corsellis, partner
of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, purchased
140,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 94.51 pence per share on
30 April 2024.

Also on 30 April 2024, 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company were transferred
to James Corsellis from his wife, Samantha Corsellis.

Following these transactions, James Corsellis holds 6,168,311 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 10.91% of the Company's voting rights.

Whilst James Corsellis is not a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR") within the meaning of UK MAR in relation to the Company, he has
voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is
voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if he was a
PDMR in relation to the Company.
