March 22 (Reuters) - Maschinenfabrik Berthold Hermle AG 
 MBHG_p.F : 
    * FY net profit improved from 59.2 million euros to 73 
million euros ($78.75 million) 
    * FY group revenues rose to around 394 million euros 
(previous year: 356.6 million euros) 
    * In full year, the Hermle group's order intake rose 
slightly to around 364 million euros (previous year: 360.7 
million euros) 
    * To pay unchanged basic dividend of 0.80 euros per ordinary 
share and 0.85 euros per preference share plus a bonus of 12.00 
euros per share
