Masco down after quarterly sales miss

** Shares of Masco Corp MAS.N down 6% to $76.69 premarket
** The home improvement firm misses Q2 sales estimates, hurt by weak demand for discretionary renovation projects amid macroeconomic uncertainty
** Reports quarterly sales of $1.99 billion vs estimates of $2.08 billion - data compiled by LSEG 
** Says plumbing products segment sales, a major revenue contributor, fell 3% from a year ago
** However, co raises full-year adjusted EPS forecast between $4.40 and $4.60, from prior expectations of $4.10 to $4.30 on the back of an expected tariff refund
** Also posts adjusted EPS of $1.64, beating expectations of $1.32
** As of last close, MAS stock up 28.6% YTD
