CMA request to European Commission
16 March 2020: The CMA made a request to the European Commission to investigate the anticipated acquisition by Mastercard Incorporated of Parts of the Corporate Services Business of Nets A/S. This follows the initial referral request made by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (DCCA) on 27 February 2020.
