* Change in supervisory board - Bischoping to become
honorary chairman
* Long-Standing supervisory board chairman, Friedrich
Wilhelm Bischoping, will be stepping down at end of AGM on 14
June
* At same time, supervisory board member Axel Klomp will
also step resign at end of AGM
* Management is proposing Gernot Link and Jan van der Zouw
as their successors on supervisory board
