Brief: Masterflex to increase share capital

March 16 (Reuters) - Masterflex SE  MZXG.DE : 
    * Said on Wednesday had resolved consent to increase the 
company's share capital by 886,586 euros ($951,129) from 
currently 8,865,874 euros to 9,752,460 euros in exchange for 
cash contributions by issuing 886,586 new, no-par value bearer 
shares 
    * Subscription price of 6.70 euros. The company will receive 
around 5.9 million euros gross as a result of the capital 
increase
