Matinas BioPharma rises on tie-up for drug delivery technology

** Shares of Matinas BioPharma Holdings Inc  MTNB.A  rise
3.4% to 55 cents premarket
    ** Co says it is collaborating with National Resilience Inc
to develop an oral formulation for some drugs using Matinas'
drug delivery platform
    ** MTNB's lipid nanocrystal (LNC) platform technology is
designed to deliver drugs containing genetic material like mRNA
into target cells
    ** The collaboration will explore the potential for oral
delivery of genetic material or nucleic acids through LNC -MTNB 
 
    ** MTNB shares fell 43.4% in the past 12 months
