** Biopharma co's  MTNB.A  shares rise 10.1% to an over
9-month high of $1.20
    ** MTNB plans to collaborate with the National Institute of
Allergy and Infectious Diseases to test oral formulations of
Gilead Sciences Inc's  GILD.O  COVID-19 drug, remdesivir, in

    ** Co says one or more formulations of remdesivir will be
developed using its platform delivery technology 
    ** MTNB says GILD will provide remdesivir and work with co
to evaluate data from pre-clinical studies
    ** Stock down about 52% YTD as of last close
