hits an all-time high of $23,000 against the U.S. dollar
    ** Cryptocurrency miners Riot Blockchain  RIOT.O  and
Marathon Patent Group  MARA.O  rise 7.3% and 20.4%, respectively
    ** Online retailer and blockchain co Overstock.com Inc
 OSTK.O  up 2.2%
    ** Bitcoin  BTC=BTSP  hits a record high of $20,000 vs the
U.S. dollar on Wednesday 
    ** Ehtereum  ETH=  is up 5.1% at $661.3
