Matsa Resources jumps on selling W. Australia project stake to IGO

** Shares of gold explorer Matsa Resources  MAT.AX  climb as
much as 9.3% to A$0.047, their highest since June 17 
    ** Co says it has inked a deal in which lithium miner IGO
Ltd  IGO.AX  will buy a 70% stake in all of co's Fraser Range
tenements located in Western Australia  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2YH1VP
    ** Says IGO will pay A$600,000 in cash and free carry MAT
for the 70% interest in the tenements
    ** Stock down 24.6% this year, as of last close, vs a 11.3%
decrease in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
