Brian is a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute and spent more than three decades at Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank in the UK, working extensively with smaller companies and management teams in supporting their growth ambitions. He held a number of senior roles and has extensive experience of corporate lending, credit and relationship management in the SME market. His most recent role was as UK Head of Commercial Banking, where he held national responsibility for customer growth and satisfaction. Brian is also a non-executive director of Coventry and Warwickshire Growth Hub Limited. Mr Colquhoun will also serve on the Company's Audit, Management Engagement, Nomination and Risk Committees, and will stand for election by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2023. Mr Colquhoun has no current beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares and, in relation to his appointment, there is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 R. As announced on 24 June 2022, following the sad passing of Peter Linthwaite on 17 June 2022, Fraser Gray has been serving as Interim Chairman of the Company. The Board now confirms that this appointment has been made permanent and that Mr Gray becomes Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
