Furthermore, in respect of those Shareholders who had, by no later than 23 September 2022, elected to participate in the DIS, the Company will use the amount paid in respect of the above interim dividend to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) to be issued at a price equivalent to the latest announced NAV per share. The Board confirms that, following the payment of the above dividend, the effective NAV per share of the Company is 66.56p and that this will be the price used to calculate the number of Ordinary Shares to be allotted under the DIS in respect of the above interim dividend, the issue of which will be confirmed in a separate announcement in due course.
