Directorships held in publicly quoted companies pursuant to Listing Rule
9.6.13(1)

 

Other Directorships:

 

On 13 November 2024, Amcomri Group Limited appointed Mr Fraser Gray as an
independent non-executive Director with effect from that date and, on 20
December 2024, that company, now known as Amcomri Group plc, obtained
admission to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
